78 Years ago and 3 generations back great grandfather Graham started a stone mill. The tradition has been passed on, and Palmetto Farms is offering the same quality that has been produced here since the beginning. Starting with the best quality in corn and using much experience to make the perfect consistency for the creamy stone ground grits that have become a desirable delicacy. Nothing is added or taken away. We've also introduced some delicious pre-made mixes for making country kitchen skillet cornbread, muffins, and hush puppies. Our mixes are wheat free as well. We add no wheat and these products are bagged in a wheat free facility! Our local aromatic rice is a big seller. After experiencing the aroma and taste you'll never want any other kind of rice again! Don't forget about our new single use packs. These include flavors such as Garlic Cheese and Jalapeno Cheese. All you have to do is add water and butter and you've got a quick base for any dish.
