Palmetto Farms Stone Ground Grits and Corn Meal are made from the finest quality corn available. The grain is slowly ground in a traditional stone mill. The grits and corn meal retain the natural oils found in the heart of the corn. The grits are smooth, creamy and delicious, full of that rich corn flavor. The corn meal makes awesome cornbread, hushpuppies and corn muffins. There is no chemical processing. Nothing added, nothing taken away.

The first is our new Garlic Cheese Grits Mix. This is a single use pack. Just mix the contents of the package with 4 cups water and two tablespoons of butter. Cook like normal grits. This mix contains everything to make a great tasting grits dish. Top with sauteed shrimp for super quick SHRIMP and GRITS. Great with smoked sausage or chicken. Wow!

Items two and three are our Old Fashioned White and Brown Aromatic Rice. And aromatic it is. This rice has an incredible nutty aroma and matching flavor. Eat it plain with butter or cook it in your favorite CHICKEN BOG or HOPPIN' JOHN recipe.
